A: Whenever possible, we offer pickup and delivery within 24 hours for our regional area, and transportation assistance outside that area.

Q: How long will it take to repair my motor?

A: For many common motors, turn around time is 7 to 10 days. After a visual assessment of the repairs needed we can offer a more accurate time frame. If faster 'emergency' service is needed, we will do our best to accommodate you.

A: We can estimate repair price based on past experience, but we will need to receive and inspect the motor to provide a firm price.

Q: Can you repair my obsolete motor or generator?

A: We have many years experience repairing obsolete mine, mill, and railroad motors, including many rare DC traction motors used on old cranes and electric trolley cars. Our technicians and machine shop can usually repair any machine which is not totally destroyed.

Q: Does your company offer a warranty on repairs?

A: LEMCO normally offers a one year warranty on rebuilt equipment to our established customers. Installation and handling of motors must meet our standards; abuse is not covered.
